Prestige crates
So I just bought 20(!) prestige crates and got 19 things i already have...u have to fix this! I want my prestige points back or give me some icons.

It's not possible to (buy) prestige crates.
You get prestige points for completing missions for which you can get free presige crates & there's nothing else you can do with it.
If you get something you already got you will get 10 credits instead. If you open 20 you get a free Spec ops or Ghost war crate.
In Spec Ops & Ghost War Crates you won't get duplicats.
Prestige crates are perhaps mainly for new players who didn't already buy everything.

Ok so I traded my prestige points in for crates and got nothing. happy? I think it is a non working system when you "pay" 400 to get something u have and get 10 back

The problem is that you complain when you get something thats free & that you where never promised (Pestige points & Crates).
As I said Prestige crates are perhaps mainly for new players who didn't already buy everything so that they keep people playing the game & it don't die.
The 10 you get pack is "real" store credits, not prestige credits.
Don't ***** when you get free stuff unless it's broken.

I will complain. I think the idea of prestige crates is fun but it doesnt work when you keep getting the same stuff all the time. Still like the game but i think the purpose of the crates and prestige points is lost when it does not function.
And it is not only for new players

You have nothing to complain about.
It does function for new players who does not yet have everything.
As I said Prestige crates are perhaps mainly for new players who didn't already
buy everything so that they keep new people coming to play the game & it won't die.
It might be for them first.Just because you can get them too dosen't meen it's aimed at you first
& just because you played longer then newcomers don't meen everything is directed at you.
They have to please old & new players.

This is a valid argument. I'm a player from day one and have never purchased anything from the store. The only items I've gotten are the rewards for completing the seasonal challenges. So I was happy to try out the Prestige Crates. From the get go I was floored by the duplication rate. 75%. Now the system may not be broken but the return on effort is dismal and offers no game replay value.

Hey guys, thanks for your comments. I can pass on your feedback that you feel the rate of duplicate items is too high in the prestige crates.
Please keep in mind that the more items you have the more likely it would be to receive a duplicate, and we cannot guarantee you will receive a new item each time.

At the beginning of the prestige crate program it said there where 150 item to collect. Ive used the all the prestige points for reaching tier1 in campaign, I've proceeded trough ghost mode and claimed all pp from the bosses and for reaching tier1. That's over 40k in pp's. I have used every pp and received 21 new items. So that's about a 20% chance to get a new item. WTF I would get better odds by going to Vegas and playing black jack (44%) roulette (45%) or slots (80%). I don't play pvp so I'll never get a large block of pp again. So I guess this reward program is essentially over for this player.
